JATCO announces board members and auditors
Fuji, Japan – JATCO Ltd announces the following changes to its board members and auditors effective June 30, 2026, based on a resolution passed at the 27th annual shareholders meeting held on the same date.
Board members
Kazuhiko Murata is appointed board member.
Toshiya Miki is appointed board member.
Chairman and board member Seiji Honda resigns.
The latest list of board members and auditors is attached.
Fellow Kohichi Takemoto also resigns effective the same date.
