JATCO Certified as a White 500 Organization for the Eighth Consecutive Year
Fuji, Japan – March 9, 2026 – JATCO Ltd. has been certified as a White 500 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization for the eighth consecutive year since 2019 under Japan’s national health and productivity management recognition program.
As participation in the program has expanded in recent years, evaluation standards have become increasingly rigorous. Under these conditions, JATCO has also received an evaluation corresponding to the level of the top 50 organizations nationwide for the third consecutive year.

The White 500 designation is part of the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Program, which recognizes companies that address employee health as a management priority and promote health and productivity in a strategic manner. The program is jointly administered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council).
Guided by its health management policy, JATCO positions employee well-being as a key management priority and aims to foster a workplace where employees can work in good health and with vitality. The company has consistently advanced initiatives to support employee health, including health education programs, opportunities for physical activity, and access to an on-site training gym.
