Selected as a 2025 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (White 500)

On March 10, JATCO was selected as a 2025 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (White 500), placing in the highest-level group (top 50) in the overall rankings for 2 consecutive years. This is now the 7th consecutive year that JATCO has been recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) as a company that has been practicing excellent health management.

Health management is a new approach to management aiming to improve corporate value and performance by having companies take the lead to support the health of their employees. Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations are recognized once a year by the METI and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi based on the Survey on Health and Productivity Management. Currently, more than 20,000 corporations have applied for this certification program.

It is called “White 500” because only the top 500 organizations are selected for it, and JATCO has been awarded this certification for 7 consecutive years since 2019.

In recent years, the number of corporations applying for the Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program have increased, further increasing the difficulty of being selected each year. Even so, JATCO has achieved a score that places it in highest-level group (top 50 organizations) for 2 consecutive years.

At JATCO, “realize a workplace environment where employees can work enthusiastically” is featured as our Health Management Policy. We continuously plan, centered around the Health Support Center, health-building activities that are easy for employees to participate in, such as walking and other exercise events, nutrition education, and both in-person and online health seminars. Additionally, we opened an on-site training gym for employees last fiscal year.

We will continue to work hard on health management so that our employees can work even more healthily.
