JATCO announces management changes
JATCO Ltd (Headquarters: Fuji City, Shizuoka), announces that Tomoyoshi Sato, current member of the board, will be appointed as president and representative board member effective January 1, 2022, based on a resolution passed at the extraordinary board meeting held on December 7, 2021. Teruaki Nakatsuka, current president and representative board member will resign effective December 31, 2021.
Other board members remain unchanged.
Tomoyoshi Sato also will be appointed president and chief executive officer (CEO) effective January 1, 2022.
