JATCO will participate in the Automotive Engineering Exposition 2019 Yokohama
Yokohama, Japan – JATCO Ltd will be exhibiting at the Automotive Engineering Exposition 2019 Yokohama being held May 22–24, 2019 at the Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall.

JATCO has a long history in AT and CVT development, and it is using these years of experience to not only improve current CVT technology, but also build technologies to adapt to the electrification of vehicles. This year, JATCO will be featuring its newly developed Jatco CVT-S for the first time. This fuel-efficient CVT was developed for the Japanese mini-car market and features an 8% reduction in friction when compared with JATCO’s current CVT in the same class. In addition, JATCO will be showcasing its work on electrification, including its e-Axle concept models for electrified vehicles and its transmission concept model for mild-hybrid vehicles, while also presenting its core products, the Jatco CVT7, Jatco CVT8, and Jatco CVT8 HYBRID.
