JATCO Announces Management Changes
JATCO Ltd (President & CEO Takashi Hata, Headquartered in Fuji City, Shizuoka, Japan, Capital: 29.9353 billion yen) announced changes to its Board Members and Auditors, effective June 20, 2012.
Board Members
Mr. Yoshihiro Kuroi and Mr. Masato Kasai were appointed as new non-resident Board Members. Mr. Jo Tsuji and Mr. Yasuhito Harayama retired from the Board.
Auditors
Mr. Yoshimitsu Mitake was appointed as a new Auditor. Mr. Akihiro Kojima and Mr. Kiyoto Shinohara retired.
