Revision of the corporate names including affiliated companies
With effect from 1st April 2002, JATCO TransTechnology Ltd. (Chairman & CEO : Mr. Kenichi Sasaki, Location: Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan, Capital: \29,935.3 Million) will be renamed to “JATCO Ltd”.
At the same time,
all affiliated companies will be renamed and their new names will all start with “JATCO”.It is intended to strengthen the brand image by unifying the corporate name with the brand name “JATCO”, which has been well known in the motor industry worldwide, and by utilizing the name commonly amongst affiliated companies.
Taking this opportunity, the companies and all employees are determined to take another strong step forward to grow as a competitive global group of companies.
