JATCO announces board members and auditors
JATCO Ltd announces the following list of its board members and changes to auditors effective June 24, 2019, based on a resolution passed at the 20th annual shareholders meeting held on the same date.
1. Auditors
Tomonori Itou is appointed auditor. Auditor Hiroshi Kai resigns.
The latest list of board members and auditors is attached. There is no change to the members of the board.
