JATCO announces management changes
JATCO Ltd (President: Teruaki Nakatsuka, Headquarters: Fuji City, Shizuoka, Paid-in capital: 29.9 billion yen), a leading manufacturer of automotive transmissions and CVT (Continuously Variable Transmissions), announces corporate officers changes.
Koji Furukawa, currently Vice President (VP), Purchasing Administration Department, Purchasing Project Center, Purchasing Department, Service Support Purchasing Department, is appointed Corporate Vice President (CVP), Head of Purchasing Division, as of October 1, 2015.
Toru Akiba retires as SVP, Head of Purchasing Division, as of September 30, 2015, and is appointed as Advisor in charge of Monozukuri as of October 1.
Minoru Kurosawa retires as SVP, Future Technology Center, as of September 30, 2015, and is appointed as Fellow in Corporate Planning Division as of October 1. He covers research and study on future technologies. Future Technology Center, currently put under Corporate Planning Division, is integrated into R&D Division for accelerating the development of underlying technologies.
