JATCO announces management changes

Masao Takoshima and Yasushi Kuramoto were appointed as new non-resident auditors, effective June 21, 2013. As a result, former auditors Yoshimitsu Mitake and Ken Suematsu have retired. There is no change in the board members. A list of the current board members and auditors is attached.
